No, todavía padezco consecuencias de mi encarcelamiento. En la cárcel
nos obligaban a afeitarnos en grupo con una misma cuchilla. Producto de tan anti-higiénica práctica, contraje
Hepatitis B en la cárcel. La Hepatitis acabó produciéndome un cáncer en el
hígado. En el verano del 2010 tuve la suerte de recibir un trasplante de hígado. No me arrepiento de haber querido
ser libre. Es cierto, casi pierdo la vida en el empeño, pero ahora gozo viendo a mi familia disfrutando de las ventajas
de la libertad. Y tengo fé en que más temprano que tarde los cubanos se den cuenta de que sólo podrán
recuperar la libertad perdida si están dispuestos a conquistarla.

suffer consequences of the jail. In the jail, we were forced to shave in groups with the same razor. I acquired Hepatitis
B as a consequence of this unhealthy practice. This ended producing cancer in my liver. In the summer of 2010, I was blessed
with a liver transplant. I wanted to be free, I almost lost my life, I have no regret about that. I am happy seeing my family
living in freedom. I am confident that sooner than later all Cubans will realize that they have to conquest their liberty.
Then, they will be free.
